Hello From Nevada

Just a quick hello from Mesquite Nevada. Bought a 1998 Cherokee XJ last Oct. Never drove the Jeep except to park it in the garage to rip it apart. Rebuilt the engine, transmission,transfer case, suspension, front and rear axel and brakes. Should have on the road next month. It's been a great winter project.

What a great winter project. I wish I had kept my old XJ instead of selling it 8 years ago... It was a champ despite being bone stock.

Even without hitting the trails, I have had more joy with this old XK then I did with my 08 JK when I had it.

I think this is going to be a great forum site.
