I am going with e-lockers. Actually I am going with the Ultimate 44 running 4.56 gears and a e-locker. Will be putting 4.56 gears and a e-locker in the rear.

i have owned six Jeeps over the years. I have only named one and it was called Carnage. Actually it named itself. My current JK is a Willys Edition and that’s what I call it.

The JK was last year. They have a TJ Rubicon they are giving away this year. I am not sure where you can get raffle tickets unless one of the event sponsors have some. I bought some at the event last year. You can pay for admission at the gate also.

This is one of my favorite events and we will be there! Vacation days are already scheduled...

I have a Baofeng and a Cobra CB. Most of the big rides (Trailfest, Dixie Run, Offroad Jamboree, etc) we use CB’s because more people have them. Some of the smaller rides with local Jeep clubs we use the Baofeng if everyone has one BUT we are not trying to reach miles to talk to each other.

I scuffed mine with a red scotchbrite pad and shot it with textured spray can truck bed coating. So far it’s been holding up fine and looks pretty good in my opinion.

I am interested in what you find out also. I did not relocate mine but I did put it in a Poison Spyder skid and occasionally I get the code on start up. If I turn the job off and clear the code with my FlashCal it will stay off for a while. Mostly just an annoyance more than anything.

At this point I am going with e-lockers when I do it. I don’t see enough of an advantage going with air lockers with the added expense of the air compressor, etc. I have also seen people who have issues with leaking air fittings and lines breaking on the trails. ARB also uses a weird size hose...

Not today but I did install the hood my Jeep got for Christmas last Friday before I got on a plane to go out of town for work.

I don’t have any really flex pics on the trail but I did put it on a RTI ramp to check clearances and for binding. I think it did pretty decent for stock control arms...
