Looking at aluminum fenders, opinions?

I am looking at doing aluminum tubular fenders in raw with shark Hyde. I like metal cloak fenders but want to keep road debris off the sides. Looking at gen right or wishbone off-road, wishbone are a lot less money. Anyone have experience with either? Other options?

You are going to definitely get what you pay for in the category of steel or aluminum fenders. Go with something super cheap and you'll get a super cheap result...first time you bank your cheap fender into a tree or a rock and it crumples up, you won't be happy.

Genright, MC, PSC, these are solid choices that won't let you down. JCR and Motobilt as well. Pick the one that has the design and width that suits you.

I will be honest with you...tcdawg speaks the truth. My advice is to stick with a solid name brand and stay away from "chinese" made products. They are mostly cheap junk. Genright, MetalCloak, Poison Spyder, and JCR all make quality parts. Those are just a few that are out there. But I would shy away from Wishbone. Cheap materials and cheaply made.
