Ask The Expert- Metalcloak crawler tire carrier sag

Hello there. Got myself a crawler bumper/tire carrier for christmas and all in all the install went very well. My only issue is that i've been having trouble getting the last little bit of sag out of the swingarm, which currently contacts the bottom of the receiver on the driver's side when closing. My estimate is that it needs to sit at least 1/4" higher in order to close without making contact.

I've spent a couple weeks messing with it now, and am stuck and need some advice. I contact Metalcloak on the phone, and the recommendation was to loosen the 5 socket cap screws on the passenger side, adjust the hang of the swingarm, and tighten it all back down. I did so, several times in various configs such as jacking up the swingarm with a floor jack and 2x4s so that it is sitting MUCH higher than I want it. Still, when adjusted and tightened down, i'm making contact with the receiver on the driver's side.

I'm about at a loss at to what else I can try. I've probably made these adjustments a dozen times now and can't get that sag out. Any help would be appreciated.
