Wiring halos to ignition power

Electrical novice here. I'm trying to wire my halos by tapping into the fuse box. I went to AutoZone and there are four different types of taps. The main question is...which one is the best one to use? The second question is...what is the best/cleanest way to connect the wiring from each headlight to the tap/ground?

im interested to hear how this works as well I honestly thought it was all just tied in together. As in tied into the running lights.

Oracle suggests tapping into the blinker. But I wanted the halos to be DRLs with the ignition on and not having to use a switch. So I linked the two halo positives together and then to a fuse tap with two 10amp fuses to the M9 location. I also linked the ground wires the same way and found a ground bolt next to fuse box. They work perfect now. The only thing I need to do now is, maybe, to get a Dremel tool and notch out a small space for the wire to come out of fuse box to not crimp it while the box is sealed. I’m a bit nervous on doing that because there’s a reason the fuse box seals the way it does. But there’s enough electrical tape on it to suffice for now.
I wish I would have thought to document the steps with pics but I was being pressured to “hurry the hell up” to make it to a birthday party.
