Wanted to know what the best (or most practical) way to do this was.
I saw the dirt everyday episode where they drove 'tube sock' underwater through a pond and they mentioned dielectric grease in all the connectors. Previously I would have thought you crammed a bunch in each connector and put them back together, but after some research and hearing from a guy in my club that did it wrong (had to clean out connectors and pin slots) that dielectric grease is non-conductive, it got me wondering how would/do 'the pros' do it?
Now that I have installed the Poison Spyder heat louvers, I feel it worthwhile to get this done since water now has an easy route into my engine bay, however scarce it is here in SoCal.
Thanks in advance.
